WHAT IS A STRATEGIC FACILITIES PLAN?
This exciting planning effort will provide a roadmap for physical improvements on each of our campuses over the next decade, with a focus on the East, West, and Osceola campuses. The plan will explore how to modernize the college to better fulfill our vision of transforming lives, strengthening community, and inspiring individuals to excellence.

WHO IS FACILITATING THE PLAN?
Valencia College has contracted with DLR Group, a national planning and architecture firm with an office in Downtown Orlando, to help facilitate the planning process and draft the plan. They will coordinate engagement with faculty, staff, and students to make sure that the plan reflects your needs and desires. 

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
A survey will be distributed to all Valencia College faculty, staff, and students later this semester to allow you to give your input. You can also click the contact link to provide comments directly to our team. College leadership will be involved in a series of workshops to provide input into the plan. 

HOW WILL THE PLAN SUPPORT THE STRATEGIC IMPACT PLAN?
The Strategic Facilities Plan will work in tandem with the Strategic Impact Plan to recommend facilities improvements that benefit students and implement the goals of the Strategic Impact Plan.
